We live in yoga pants, kinda like Mom did with her “sweat suits” but way better. We are always (and possibly pathetically) in our black yoga pants. Yes, we actually do practice yoga…occasionally, but admittedly our penchant for these pants is more about comfort and style. Our mainstay is the amazing Back Up Layer First Pant from Columbia Sportswear.
They actually make our butt look good, not to mention we can do a downward dog (or pick up a toy off the ground) when the urge hits without revealing, um, yeah.

We haven’t been this excited about colored denim since 1991, but thankfully this time around it doesn’t come with a 15-inch rise. Woot! This year’s fun incarnation of bright pants comes with some serious fashion chops.
We personally need/want/need Agave Denim’s “Moda” jegging in Dazzle Blue. It’s a truly versatile cobalt jean with the comfort of a legging (Turkish cotton with 2% spandex—ahhhh). Don’t you feel ever so modern? And ever so comfortable?

We never want to look like tourists in our own town, though we totally dig on touristy stuff. We have our spot staked out for Seafair, we’ll happily down a basket of Ivar’s clams, and yes, we have a soft-spot for Seattle-themed items.
But not just any items—clever ones—like this super cute Seattle Skyline necklace. It says, “Hey, I can rock my city around my neck because I know my way around.” Bam.

Here’s a warning for all those effortlessly stylish women who can put on a white T-shirt and jeans and one piece of jewelry and knock them dead—we’re coming for you. We found this amazing bracelet to add to our fashion arsenal.
Check out that sexy Stingray texture, the sterling silver with gold vermeil, and the bold cuff action. Sure, at $750 it’s half a mortgage payment, but who thinks of these things when the jewelry is this must-havey?

Our search for pretty, wearable, super-dry rainwear ended when we found Hillary Day’s line of raincoats. They’re a technical marvel and totally compatible with cute ensembles.
There are four gorgeous styles in the collection, each made from impenetrable Swiss fabric, in sleek colors, and expertly constructed. Party Wrap = the perfect evening coat. Modern Trench = a gorgeous classic. Hoody = high-style everyday parka. We personally love the Origami Empire style, perfect for day and night!
